Telephone appointments are available to patients who have met the criteria.
We do not provide telehealth appointments via video link.
All new patients are required to complete a New Patients form before your first appointment at Lotus Family Clinic.
Our staff can arrange a transfer of your medical records to your LFC doctor, simply return a completed form.
